Flights to Europe from Canadian cities
Flying from Canada to Europe
- Cheapest months: November to March, outside the holidays. Spring and autumn are good-value shoulder seasons.
- Try an open jaw. Flying into one city and home from another often costs about the same and saves a day of backtracking.
- Use cheap European flights. Budget airlines make it inexpensive to hop between cities once you're there.
- Entry: the UK needs an ETA; the Schengen Area allows 90 days visa-free, with ETIAS expected to start in late 2026.
Entry rules change, so confirm on the Government of Canada travel advice page before you book.
