What counts as a deal
Most fare emails send whatever is cheapest that day. We only send a fare when it passes two tests:
- It's well below normal for that route. At least 15% under the route's usual low price, based on months of recent fares.
- Google Flights agrees, the morning we send. We price the same flights again live, and the fare only goes in if Google rates it as low for those dates or below its typical range.
Prices are in Canadian dollars for one adult, round trip in economy, with taxes included as shown on Google Flights. Baggage and seat fees can be extra.

How this is different from a price alert
Price alerts on Google Flights or Hopper watch one route and one set of dates you choose. They're the right tool once you know where you're going.
Viorvo alerts work the other way round. You tell us where you're leaving from, and we tell you where it's cheap to go. Use both: our alerts to find the trip, and a price alert to watch it.
Common questions
Are Viorvo flight alerts free?
Yes. The alerts are free. Some of the booking links in each email earn us a small commission if you book, at no extra cost to you. That's how we keep them free.
How often will I get an email?
At most once a week, on your city's day. If no fare passes our live check that week, we don't send anything, so you won't get filler.
Which cities do you send alerts from?
Right now: Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton, Halifax and Winnipeg. If you're somewhere else, choose “Somewhere else” when you sign up. We use those answers to decide which city to add next.
What counts as a deal?
A fare has to be at least 15% below what that route usually costs, and when we re-check it live, Google Flights has to rate the price as low for those dates. Both checks have to pass.
Can I choose where I want to go?
Not yet. Alerts cover every destination we track from your city, so you hear about cheap trips you might not have thought of. For one specific trip, set a price alert on Google Flights as well.
Why might the price be different when I click?
Fares change through the day and cheap seats sell out. We re-check every fare the morning we send, but it can still move by the time you open the email. The booking site always shows the final price before you pay.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and Gmail and Yahoo also show a one-click unsubscribe button. One click and you're off the list.

No. We only use it to send these alerts. See our privacy policy.
